Digitally printed labels on rolls are fast becoming the most popular method of print. Labels can be printed up to full colour on paper or synthetic materials, then varnished or overlaminated. Metallic looks can also be created. There are no artwork or plate charges and multiple designs can be run very economically.
For large quantities, flexographic print is often still the most cost effective method. Once an order is produced the plates are retained, and as long there are no changes to the artwork, the plates may be used again, saving the cost of repurchasing them.
We also supply boxes of high quality, laser guaranteed, matt white labels on sheets available from stock for next day delivery. Colours, gloss papers, synthetics and special adhesives (removable, deep freeze etc.) can be manufactured to order. All the standard sizes are available plus many more.
We manufacture high quality direct thermal and thermal transfer labels on rolls or fanfolds. These will give a crisp image and trouble free printing on your thermal printer. Additionally, we can supply the ribbons needed for most makes of thermal printer.
Swing tags and tickets are also available in standard sizes or made to order, on card or harder wearing synthetic materials. These may be supplied with different finishing including drill holes, washers/eyelets, string or wire.
